Do I need a virtual POS? +
To take online bookings, yes: a Redsys virtual POS, which you get from your usual bank. Enter its merchant number, terminal and key in your panel and you're done. Without a POS you can still use all the marina management from the office.
Is it really free? +
Being on the map and in the app is always free. The 100 founding marinas get berth management free forever and half price on everything else. From marina number 101, the first 12 months are free; after that, management costs €0.20 per berth per month with a maximum of €150, and online bookings €0.50 per night booked, only if they come in.
What is a founding marina? +
The first 100 marinas to sign up. They get berth management free forever and a 50 % lifetime discount on everything paid. These are conditions for life, not a limited-time offer.
Who collects the booking money? +
Your marina. Payment goes through your own POS and the money reaches your bank account like any other card payment. We never touch your money.
Does the boater have to download the app from a store? +
No need. It is an installable web app: it opens in the phone's browser and is added to the home screen with one tap, like any other app.
How does the app know if the boat fits in my marina? +
Boaters save the length, beam and draught of each boat in their profile. When searching, the system matches them against the maximum dimensions of your free berths on those dates and only offers the ones that fit.
What boater data does the marina receive? +
Their profile and boat details: identity, contact, registration, flag, insurance and dimensions. They arrive with the booking, with no paper forms on arrival.
How is the boatyard crane booked? +
The owner chooses their boat in the app and sees the free slots of the machine that can handle its weight and beam. They book a haul-out, a launch or both, with a space on the hard standing for the days out of the water, and pay the deposit by card. The office can also book slots from the program.
Can external workshops work in the boatyard? +
Yes. They are registered as authorised companies, with their speciality, insurance and schedule. The owner can ask for quotes from marina technicians, from external workshops, or work on the boat themselves if the marina allows it.
Can I still take bookings by phone or at the office? +
Yes. Office, web and app bookings share the same calendar and the system prevents a berth from being booked twice.
Is my data mixed with other marinas' data? +
No. Each marina has its own independent database and its own address: yourmarina.gestionmarina.es.
Do I need to install anything at the office? +
No. Everything works in the browser, from the office computer, a tablet or the dock hand's phone on the pontoon.
